Fused Glass Family Workshop

We are offering taster workshops for children and families to create their own fused glass creation, a perfect activity for the school holidays. 

Your booking will be for an hour time slot, where you can choose from a selection of shapes to be decorated with pieces of glass and glass accessories that will be kiln fired.  Some children may finish their creation quite quickly and others take longer.  

Each time slot will have a maximum of 6 places. To make sure everyone gets plenty of time and attention. 

The booking is for  one place for an hour and inclusive of materials and  kiln firings for one make. However if time allows and you’d like to make additional pieces these can be paid for on the day. 

Once fired, they will be ready for collection a few days later (or can be posted at an extra cost).

This is a great way to make a present for someone special or just to have a go at something different. Enjoy some time with friends and family. 

Please note, this workshop is also suitable as a taster session for adults and not just for children. 

For ages 5+ accompanied by an adult.  If you are attending to supervise you do not need to book a space for yourself, unless you’d like to make a piece to.

•         I teach a maximum of 6 students at a time for this particular workshop. However, if you are interested in a larger group booking contact me and we can arrange something. 

•     The session fee includes materials, kiln firings for a make per booking but not postage of your item if needed, once fired.

• Your place will be confirmed on payment of booking. Cancellation will incur a £10 fee, if less than 7 days notice given.

• On the day please be prompt, perhaps a few minutes early. 

• I reserve the right to cancel the course if I need to with as much notice as possible to you. With no liability for other cost such as accommodation or travel

• Course is currently only suitable to students over 5 years of age, under adult supervision at all times. 

• Please wear comfortable, closed toe shoes. We are not responsible for any injuries that may happen on the course. And we are not liable for your safety. 

• We are unable to offer refreshments at this time, but feel free to bring your own. We suggest in a container with a lid. If you are attending a longer session, ie a full day please bring a packed lunch.
